Session Fee Policy

My session fee is $145 per clinical hour (50 minutes of therapy). Payment is due at the time of the session. Reduced rate session fees are available upon request and by availability.

Insurance Policy

At this time, I do not accept insurance directly. However upon request, I am happy to provide a superbill, which you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. According to the specific terms of your policy, many plans include mental health coverage that aids in reducing your out-of-pocket costs.

Cancellation Policy

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. When appointments are missed, canceled, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, the full session fee will be charged.

Confidentiality Policy

My clients are given the highest level of respect regarding their legal and moral right to confidentiality. Limits to confidentiality are legally required in the following scenarios:

  • Clear and imminent danger to yourself or others

  • Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder or vulnerable adult

  • A court order for release of records or appearance

  • Pre-licensure supervision requirements

No Surprises Act Policy

Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items or services. As a client, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

Emergency Policy

I am available for counseling services by appointment only but do not provide crisis or emergency support outside of scheduled sessions. IF THIS IS AN EMERGENCY or you are in immediate danger, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Other emergency resources include:
